Refund Policy

Her Plush Essentials offers a refund policy prioritizing customer satisfaction. Purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if unopened, the original receipt of purchase has been provided, and in its' original condition. Defective items may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.
