The team at Her Plush Essentials wants to ensure you are always happy with your orders. If your product is damaged (e.g.,cracked or broken), please reach out to us at support@herplushessentials.com with a picture or the damaged product & original confirmation/receipt of original purchase for investigation. We'll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation. Note that all requests are subject to approval and can be denied for any reason at the sole discretion of Her Plush Essentials. Please be aware that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans- this is not considered damaged & return request for dusted products will be denied.
